Steven A. Levak, DC
Dr. Levak was born and raised in northeastern Ohio. He has provided care for his patients, his entire professional career, in the greater metropolitan Cleveland area. Dr. Levak graduated from The University of Akron earning his first Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Life Sciences. Dr. Levak then attended National University of Health Sciences just outside of Chicago, Illinois. There he earned his second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and later graduated with his professional Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Levak is well experienced in providing care for musculoskeletal injuries, accidents and occupational illness/diseases. Dr. Levak utilizes a conservative multi-disciplinary approach in providing care for his patients. He incorporates the use of advanced diagnostic imaging, specialty orthopedic, podiatric, medical management and neurosurgical consultations to ensure the best therapeutic outcome for his patients.
Dr. Levak has been practicing for approximately 18 years and specializes in the preparation of medical-legal documentation in cases involving work related or personal injury accidents. He is acutely aware of the importance of the generation of accurate and concise medical records regarding these types of injuries. This valuable medical documentation helps ensure his patients receive all of the medically necessary and appropriate care to resolve their complaints.
